Join Captain Lindsay Graycarek of the Mequon Police Department as she shares her experience, knowledge, and practical strategies for effectively navigating challenging interactions.

This interactive training will provide participants with tools and approaches to help recognize escalating situations, communicate effectively, and respond with greater confidence and understanding.

Strategies for effective communication during challenging interactions.

Building connection and using engagement strategies to support positive outcomes.

5. Responding to Disorders
Understanding approaches for responding to individuals experiencing behavioral or mental health-related disorders.
